A very soft menthol fragrance and when added to boiling water for steaming, the fragrance of more herbs are released. The texture is a buttery texture that may harden and soften depending on the seasonal temperatures and when rubbed between hands, it turns to a more waxy-oily texture.
Directions for use:
Use as required by rubbing and massaging onto the chest, back, neck, sore and tight muscles, sinuses, bottoms of feet and inside of hands, until it warms the area. For steaming, add half a teaspoon amount to a bowl or basin of boiling water, hold head over the steam and cover head with a towel. For about five minutes, breath in the warm, scented steam and feel it loosening mucus and opening up your airways and chest. For best results, stir the water every 30 seconds to release all the essential oils. Do this twice daily. Not for use on children under 6 years of age! Always perform a patch-test first before using new products!
